Description: Elan Hills Resort is a venture promoted by the Company Elan Estates & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., Cochin. This company had originated in 1988. Its Chairman and Managing Director is Mr. Abdul Sathar Ismail Sait also known as Iqbal Sait. He is the son of Late Khan Sahib Ismail Hajee Issa Sait. He and his brother Mr. Babu Sait had started Kavitha Theatre in Ernakulam. H.E.H.M.M. High School, Mattancherry and Asmabee College, Crangannor are some of the family's contributions to the Society. Central Zone Apartment in Ammankovil Road and Fahim Arcade in Broadway, Ernakulam are two of the Projects of the company. Elan Hills Resort is situated on a beautiful hill surrounded by trees and greenery and located on the side of the main Kottayam – Kumily Road.
